At Fairytale Land, we believe clear policies help create a magical, smooth, and enjoyable experience for everyone. These guidelines are designed to support our families, protect our space, and allow our team to provide the best possible care and play experience.
If you need to reschedule a class, event, or play session, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This helps us manage capacity and offer spots to other families.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session, depending on the program booked. Same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds. We understand that unexpected situations happen and appreciate your understanding as we balance fairness for all families and staff.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in shortened play or class time so we can stay on schedule for everyone.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept approved payment methods listed on our website. Memberships, classes, and special events may have separate payment terms.
Fairytale Land is a caregiver-supervised play space. Parents or guardians must remain on site at all times and are responsible for supervising their children.
For the well-being of all guests, please do not attend if your child is experiencing symptoms of illness such as fever, vomiting, or contagious conditions. We reserve the right to decline entry if a child appears unwell.
Children are expected to play respectfully and follow staff guidance. For safety reasons, rough play, climbing on non-play structures, or misuse of props is not permitted.
To help keep the space clean and allergy-aware, outside food is limited. Water bottles are welcome. Any food policies for parties or events will be shared in advance.
We take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Families are asked to help by encouraging children to treat toys and play areas with care.
Please label and keep track of personal items. Fairytale Land is not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings.
Photos and videos of your own child are welcome. Please be mindful of other families and avoid capturing other children without permission.
We strive to create a kind and inclusive environment. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the session without a refund.
If you need to pause or cancel a recurring class or membership, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional charges, according to the terms of your program.
Children should wear comfortable play clothes and socks as required. Families should provide personal items such as water bottles or any comfort items their child may need. If your child has sensitivities or special needs, please let us know ahead of time so we can support them.
Thank you for trusting Fairytale Land! These guidelines help us create a magical, well-organized dance experience for every child while ensuring our team can give consistent, high-quality care.
